By accessing or using Alignique Pilates' website, app, or related services (including account sign-in, scheduling, purchases, messaging, and subscriptions), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We provide private Pilates instruction and related wellness services. Our platform allows you to create an account (via email magic link, passkey, or optional Google sign-in), manage your profile, view instructor availability, book classes, purchase class packages or subscriptions, message instructors and support staff, receive notifications about your classes and account activity, and export your booked classes to your personal calendar. Instructors and administrators use the platform to manage availability, students, classes, and communications. Classes and packages are subject to availability and must be used in accordance with our scheduling and cancellation policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Sign-in may be by email magic link, passkey (where supported), or Google. You must provide accurate information and keep your profile and contact details up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to our services or other users. For support purposes, authorized staff may temporarily view your account; any such access is logged and time-limited.
You agree to our booking and cancellation policy as communicated at the time of booking or in studio communications. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees or use of credits as specified in that policy. Bookings are subject to instructor and studio availability.
Payments for class packages and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms and any pricing, billing, and refund rules we communicate. Subscription terms (e.g., renewal, cancellation) are as stated at purchase. Refund and credit policies are as communicated at the time of sale or in our policies.
Our platform includes in-app messaging for communication between you, instructors, and support staff. You agree to use messaging only for purposes related to our services. You may not use messaging to send spam, harassment, solicitations, or any content that is abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to monitor messages for safety and policy compliance, and to remove content or restrict access to messaging for users who violate these guidelines.
We may send you notifications about class bookings, cancellations, schedule changes, new messages, and other account activity. Notifications may be delivered in-app, via email, or through browser push notifications if you opt in. You can manage your notification preferences in your account settings at any time.
You represent that you are in good physical condition to participate in Pilates and have disclosed any relevant health conditions to your instructor where appropriate. You participate at your own risk and should follow instructor guidance. We are not liable for injuries resulting from participation in our classes or use of our facilities.
You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in a way that harms, abuses, or overloads our systems or other users. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems. You may not share, redistribute, or misuse content from our messaging system. We may remove content or suspend access that we reasonably believe violates these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alignique Pilates and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes may be communicated via the platform or email where appropriate.
